Rebuilding the experience

To support StarHub’s first responsive website rebrand and revamp in end-2013 integrated with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Search & Promote during Phase 1. In subsequent phases, we helped StarHub extend and build their Online Store with Broadband subscription services and an Employee Purchase Portal for corporate customers.

Our Role

  • Liaised and worked with appointed design team for website’s refreshed look and feel
  • Proposed infrastructure design for AEM, as well as set up and configure AEM
  • Led in project management and facilitated communication among multi-parties to ensure
  • a seamless project delivery
  • Provided user training on how to use the AEM platform with new templates and components

The experience of the new .com starts with asking people directly what they want to do. From here, predictive search quickly draws the relevant information that people want to view.

Personalised content

Using Adobe Target, value added contents are constantly changing–tailored to customer’s subscription and usage patterns.

And an entire UX rework

From consumer research, content restructuring and continuous user testing against the wireframes, visuals and test builds.
